Join 5th Square and Urban Consulate on March 22nd for a fun free speaker event on public space activism at Johnny Brenda's.

The movement of DIY public space entrepreneurs and fixer-uppers dubbed 'tactical urbanists' has wised up a lot over the years, and this is your chance to hear from some of the movement's national and local leading voices.

We've got a great speaker line-up with fresh ideas and insights on designing, crowdfunding, maintaining, and building political support for citizen-driven public space design and activism.

The event is on March 22nd, from 6-8:30 PM at the upstairs bar at Johnny Brenda's (1201 Frankford Ave.)

Emcee: Akeem Dixon, New Kensington CDC (Philly)

Guest Speakers include:
Mike Lydon, The Street Plans Collaborative (Miami/San Fran/NYC)
David Weinberger, IOBY (NYC)
