Zoning Meeting: 1314-1332 Spring Garden St

We oppose the variance for the following reasons:

  • A storage facility is not the best-use for a prime location on a major bike-way, less than a block from the Spring Garden BSL.

  • The requested curb cut for storage may pose a dangerous conflict between truck-drivers and cyclists and pedestrians.
