RECOMMENDATION

5th Square’s Steering Committee recommends VOTING NO to the retention of Anne Marie B Coyle for Court of Common Pleas. We make this recommendation based on her history of draconian punishments in criminal cases and multiple land use rulings overturning zoning board decisions to block affordable housing.

Any registered voter may request a mail-in ballot. Request forms must be received by 10/31/23

Your mail ballot must ARRIVE by election day, November 7th to be counted -- you can submit your ballot at any drop box by 8 PM on November 7th, or mail it up until November 1st.

You can also register to vote or update your voting address online.  (Last day to register is 10/23/23)

• Sign and date the declaration outside the return envelope

Still have you mail ballot and want to vote in person?

• Bring your ballot and the pre-addressed outer return envelope to your polling place to be voided. You can then vote a regular ballot.
• If you don't surrender your ballot and return envelope, you can vote by provisional ballot at your polling place.
