• Transit Forward Philadelphia Bus Rider Survey / Transit Forward Philadelphia needs your help with a short (less than 5 minutes) survey. Survey responses will help make changes to SEPTA’s bus network. At the end of the survey, participants will be entered into a raffle to receive a $50 VISA gift card. Responses are very important to us and will be anonymous. The results of the survey will be shared with the public and SEPTA staff.

Transit Forward Philadelphia is a coalition of over two dozen Philadelphia-based organizations advocating for a better SEPTA bus network and a safe and accessible transit system throughout the region. They launched a bus rider survey about SEPTA's bus network and need feedback from riders and residents about how bus service is working in your community and the ways in which it can be improved. The collected survey data will be used to pressure SEPTA into transforming current bus service to be faster, more frequent, and more reliable while connecting communities in a safe and dignified manner.
