City Council Hearing on Silverliner Rail Cars

Philadelphia City Council's Committee on Transportation and Public Utilities is holding a hearing on SEPTA Regional Rail's Silverliner IV fleet, given recent news of their breakdowns, fires, and the recent raiding of capital funds to replace them.

We want riders to attend and tell stories about how this issue with Regional Rail trains is affecting us personally!
